About Our Construction Company

Established by Mr Blair and Mr Cramer in 1946, Blair and Cramer Ltd is a building and refurbishment company with a successful history spanning back over 60 years across Kent and London.

Control of the company passed to Mr Cramer, already an experienced builder, in 1985. He was joined by his son, daughter and wife in the following years and the company has continued to grow year on year ever since.

Based in Kent we work across London and the South East on projects for commercial businesses, private homeowners and the public sector, including new build construction, conversions and refurbishments.

Our tradesmen are directly employed by us, already offering a wide skillbase we invest in regularly training them to expand abilities and experience and are registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). The team also includes specialists such as our own plumber, quantity surveyor and health and safety expert.

We are highly committed to quality, with memberships in the National Housing Building Council and the DTI sponsored Constructionline service for public sector organisations.

Perhaps most important is our highly pro-active approach to all our work - from the initial survey and estimate through to the build itself our experienced team will offer suggestions, advice and ideas to enhance and improve a range of aspects, or to solve the inevitable problems that can come up on any project - we go out of our way to meet customer expectation.
